How It Works

Unique individualized experience on Flexi Platform

When students register with FLEXI SCHOOL, they will be registered with Ontario Ministry of Education, Canada, or Flexi Academy, which is registered with Florida Department of Education, USA. Upon enrollment in the Canadian Curriculum, students receive an OEN (Ontario Education Number) and a student file with FLEXI SCHOOL and the Ministry. This provides international students with the same privileges as students in the province of Ontario, or the State of Florida.

Students will receive Progress Reports and certificates identifying their nomination to next grades until Grade 8. In Grade 9, students can select either path for high school; American High School, or Canadian High School.

Studying at Flexi International e-School takes two stages:

Live Classes:

  1. Be at any time from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm student local time. This means live classes will be anytime between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
  2. Students take ONE Group Class weekly for every subject in a fixed schedule. Students take other live sessions as individually needed.
  3. Students may attend 2 or 3 classes, or more or less daily, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, and the rest of the time students are not required to attend.
  4. Live classes schedule changes when sessions are added to the student and appear on the student calendar one day after individual classes are added.
  5. Individual live classes are based on student's missing skills and according to their academic performance on the system.
  6. Flexi system is AI driven to records such missing skills and assigns students to live classes accordingly.
  7. Individual live classes vary in number from one week to another, and from one student to another.

Self-Study:

This section is performed by students at any time they choose and whenever is convenient for them.
